Purpose of services
L’Artisan du Détail provides cleaning, detailing, polishing, protection, and finishing services for automotive and nautical vehicles.
This applies to all general terms and conditions of service.

For all our services, a minimum surcharge of 30.– CHF may be applied in case of: heavy presence of pet hair, persistent stains, sand, mud or excessive dirt, stubborn odors (tobacco, animals, etc.). The surcharge is communicated to the client before the start of the service, whenever possible.
4. Duration and appointment scheduling
The durations indicated are approximate and may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle. Appointments are made via our online booking system or by direct contact.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Any cancellation or modification must be announced at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, L’Artisan du Détail reserves the right to charge for all or part of the booked service.
6. Responsibility
L’Artisan du Détail is committed to treating every vehicle with care and according to the highest standards. However, we cannot guarantee the removal of all pre-existing stains, scratches, or defects. No liability is accepted for prior defects or unreported fragilities (varnish, seals, plastics, upholstery, etc.).
7. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are payable on the day of the intervention, according to the payment methods accepted by L’Artisan du Détail.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of L’Artisan du Détail.
